Who We're Looking For 

 Support Workers

​

You'll support clients with personal care, domestic assistance, companionship and community access — helping them stay safe, comfortable and connected in their own homes.

Not every requirement below applies to every role — if you're missing one or two, we'd still love to hear from you.

What you'll need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or similar is a bonus, but not essential for every role

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/ National Police Check(within last 6 months or willingness to obtain)

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)

  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Public liability/ professional indemnity insurance (or willing to obtain- required as a genuine ABN contractor)

  • Previous experience in aged care, NDIS or home care preferred

  • Sinhala, Tamil and other community languages highly regarded

Domestic Assistance Worker

You'll help clients with cleaning, laundry and shopping — the everyday tasks that keep a home running and a client comfortable.

What you'll need:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/ National Police Check (within last 6 months or willingness to obtain)

  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Public liability/ professional indemnity insurance (or willing to obtain- required as a genuine ABN contractor)

  • A genuine interest in connecting with elderly clients — no formal qualification required

  • Sinhala, Tamil and other community languages highly regarded

 Registered Nurse

You'll provide clinical care and support, working closely with clients and our support worker team to deliver safe, high-quality care at home.

What you'll need:

  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in aged care

  • 2+ years' general nursing experience

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/ National Police Check(within last 6 months or willingness to obtain)

  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Public liability/ professional indemnity insurance (or willing to obtain- required as a genuine ABN contractor)

  • Experience in community or home care highly regarded

Home Maintanence & Gardener

Gardening, lawn care and minor repairs — a different skill set to our care roles.

You'll help clients keep their homes and gardens safe, tidy and well-maintained — from mowing and weeding to minor repairs around the house.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in gardening, property maintenance or a related trade

  • Your own tools and equipment

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/ National Police Check(within last 6 months or willingness to obtain)

  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Public liability insurance (as a genuine ABN contractor)
